Description:
Asset Inventory & Management System is a web-based application developed to keep track of infrastructure Assets. The application provides a representation of assets, which are clickable to view the status of assets, condition, performance of assets like life cycle and maintenance plan etc. This software provides various features including a GIS supportive DATABASE along with features including add, modify or delete Asset, track the status of asset, search for an asset based on asset id or type of asset etc. and also provides downloadable predefined reports as excel sheets from the preloaded data sets.
Products: Utility Billing &Collection Software Package (UBICS)
Billing and collection software is a customizable and user-friendly system for power &water supply utilities. This software has three modules such as Customer module, Employee module, and Android mobile App. Customer module to pay bills and track usage based on previous consumption and to raise complaints related to billing and collection issues. Employee module for customizing bill tariff and schedule bill generation and collection, send automatic bills through email and SMS, and the ability to calculate bills for manual meter readers through entry of data in the system.
